It features a cast iron ratchet, steel base, 8 Wood pressing blocks, 2 discs and hardwood 16 quart basket with approximately 50 lb.

This wine press can make about 3 gallons of juice with each Pressing Depends on type and amount of fruit. Approximate pulp capacity of 50 lbs.
